“We would like to tell you all about our lovely holiday in Villa Amelia. From the booking of it through to our departure home was seamless. The owner gave us a great discount, due to booking in the low season and the fact that there was just the two of us, which we thought was brilliant! We could not praise the villa management team enough for their excellent service to ensure all aspects of our stay was perfect. The villa is very spacious and modern, it is equipped with everything you need for a holiday stay and much more. The pool with the wave machine ensures that you have a great workout if you want to stay fit while away, it's lots of fun. The roof terrace is fabulous especially in the early/late evening. The views are beautiful. The outside space along with the new luxury furniture is perfect and very comfortable. We thought the location of the villa was great, just a few minute's walk into the bustling town. However, it is rather hilly, but worth it. The locals said there are 100
+ restaurants in Kalkan and we did our best to request a large amount of them, the standard of food in every one of them was exceptionally good. It has an array of fabulous rooftop wine and cocktail bars. It was our first visit to Kalkan and Villa Amelia and all in all we can't wait to return. Even in the low season the weather was perfect. We can highly recommend that you will definitely have a fabulous time if you book it.”

JUST A FEW MINUTES WALK FROM TOWN
"I’ve stayed in many properties in Kalkan over the last 12 years or so and have to say that this is my favourite so far. To start with the location is excellent. Located on the Lykia estate it is just a few minutes (fairly level) walk from the town, yet it feels a world away. The area feels almost like you are in the countryside. The road to and from the villa past the Dionysia Hotel is leafy, green and quiet. The villa itself is exceptional. There is a small shaded garden to the front where the children can visit the tortoises, plus a shaded terrace. A path around the side leads to the pool, dining and sunbathing terrace. Inside, the villa is spacious, bright and modern with every conceivable facility/device you could possibly need. All of the bedrooms are also spacious. The roof terrace was my favourite area. It is very spacious with both sunny and shaded areas (an automatic sun shade activated by direct sunlight) a fully fitted outdoor kitchen, again with so much crockery, cutlery and utensils and a lovely dining area, plus lounge seats and table to the front of the terrace. The views from here are spectacular. We were a party of seven adults and two children so decided to also check out the communal pool for which there is a nominal charge of about £1 per person. It was huge and virtually deserted and a really nice area. Overall I would highly recommend this fabulous villa to anyone and would return myself if in a group."

"A fabulous holiday in a fabulous villa with a lovely pool (either for relaxing in or if you're inclined to swim against the jets of water). Had never been too Kalkan before - what a great place. Huge choice of restaurants across the price spectrum, some excellent cocktail bars and shopping........highly recommend the boat trips including one from Kas to the sunken city. Everyone was very hospitable - great for families too. Can't wait to go back."

"Had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous villa in October. It’s easily the nicest Kalkan villa we’ve stayed in – and believe me, we’ve stayed in a few! Immaculately decorated in extremely good taste and in a terrific position just off the ‘Kalamar Road’ at the town end, so it’s easy to walk anywhere. Don’t be put off by the rates if you’re just a couple, like us – Cecilia, the owner, does extremely good deals out of peak season and if there’s just two of you. Do stay here. Trust us as Kalkan regular renters – you won’t be disappointed."
